Garlic-Stir Fried Snap Peas
/2 cups sugar snap peas
1 tsp oil
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
cooked rice, optional
Heat oil in skillet. Stir in garlic. Ad peas, stir-fry for 2-4 minutes. Remove, sprinkle on lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve over rice, if desired. 3-4 servings.
